What can I request through FrigX?
Depending on your location and available providers, you can request construction materials and logistics services such as sand, stone, gravel, water delivery, septic services, heavy transport and construction equipment.
Does FrigX own the trucks and equipment?
FrigX operates as a marketplace connecting customers with approved suppliers, truck operators, drivers and equipment providers. FrigX does not own or operate all the vehicles and equipment used to fulfil orders.
Where does FrigX currently operate?
FrigX currently operates in selected areas within the Greater Accra and Central Regions. Service availability depends on your location and the providers available in that area.
Can I choose the truck or load capacity?
Available truck and load capacities depend on the requirements of your order and the providers available. The appropriate capacity should be selected or assigned according to the quantity and type of material being ordered.
Is every order 20 tonnes?
No. Available truck capacities depend on the order requirements and the vehicles available from approved providers.
How do I make an order?
Select the service you require, provide the necessary delivery and order details, submit your request and follow the instructions provided by FrigX to complete the order.
How do payments work?
For applicable orders, a 10% deposit is required to confirm your order. The remaining balance is payable after delivery and confirmation. If different payment terms apply to machinery or equipment hire, these will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.
Is my 10% deposit safe?
Yes. Your deposit confirms the order and is held until delivery is completed. You never pay the balance before you've confirmed your delivery.
How is my price calculated?
From three things: the material or service you need, the load size or machine class, and the distance from your pin to the delivery site. The price you see in the order form is the price you pay — no hidden fees.
What happens if my delivery is incomplete or incorrect?
Don't pay the balance. Contact us with your order reference and the photo proof, and we'll resolve it — replacement delivery or correction — before any further payment is due.
How do I confirm my delivery?
We send photo proof on WhatsApp: loading photos, vehicle registration, driver details and who received the materials. You confirm on WhatsApp or through the order link, then pay the remaining balance.
Do I pay for equipment hire the same way?
Mostly, yes — but machinery and equipment hire can have different terms (e.g., longer hire periods). We'll always confirm the exact payment terms with your quote, before you commit.
How fast can you deliver?
Within 24 hours in [Greater Accra and Tema] for materials in stock. Equipment hire is scheduled by availability — book 7 days ahead where possible.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the stage of the order and the applicable FrigX Cancellation & Refund Policy.
How are suppliers and drivers selected?
FrigX works with approved suppliers, operators and service providers. Provider participation is subject to the requirements and verification processes established by FrigX.
Can I become a FrigX provider?
Yes. Suppliers, truck operators, drivers and equipment providers can apply to join the FrigX network, subject to the applicable registration and verification requirements.
